Dr George Nwangwu is a leading authority on private sector-led investments in infrastructure. His research interests include long-term investment contracts, public procurement, public-private partnerships, and environmental law and policy.

Prof. Chioma Agomo is a professor in the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law, University of Lagos. She has teaching and research experience in Labour Law, Insurance Law, Contract Law and gender-related legal issues. She is a former Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos (2004 – 2008) and Fullbright Scholar at the University of Washington in St Louis, Missouri (2006).
Prof. Paul Obo Idornigie (SAN) is a consultant, arbitrator, regulatory/ADR and public-private partnership specialist. He is a professor of law at Veritas University, Abuja. He was also a professor of law and Director-General at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies. He has been involved in drafting laws for the reform of various infrastructure sectors.
Dr Rhuks Temitope Ako is a senior analyst at the African Union and senior research fellow at the OGEES Institute, Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti. He was also a lecturer at the University of Hull, United Kingdom (2009 – 2016) and Obafemi Awolowo University (2001 – 2008). His research interests include environmental justice, minority rights, environmental human rights and public participation law, usually in relation to, but not exclusively to, Nigeria’s oil industry. He has published widely in these areas.
Dr Jumoke Oduwole is a senior lecturer at the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law, University of Lagos and pioneer Executive Secretary to the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC). She is a leading authority on International Economic Law and has written copiously on the right to development.
Dr Ebenezer Ben Adodo is an associate professor in the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He served as the module convenor of International Trade and Shipping Law at King’s College London. His research interests include banking and International Banking Law, international sale of goods contracts, marine insurance and reinsurance.
Dr Chidebe Matthew Nwankwo is a senior lecturer at the International and Comparative Law Department, University of Nigeria. His research interests include Public International Law, International Economic Law, African Union Law, and Nigerian Land Law. He has published over twenty articles in peer-reviewed journals and books and presented papers at key institutions around the world.
Executive Editor
Dr Benjamin Mukoro holds a doctoral degree in Commercial and Corporate Law. He is also an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. He has published considerably in the area of Commercial Law. His current research focus is on the intersection of law, the empirical humanities and social/management sciences.
